Dear Residents (30-09-2017)

I would like to thank each and everyone of you that took the time to come out and support the A Re Sebetseng clean up campaign at Oberholzer Park today! We had Mayor Herman Mashaba, MMC Funzi Ngobeni and Speaker of Council Vasco Da Gama, as well as Miss Earth Executive Director Catherine Constantinides visited us today and it was a huge success! A special thanks goes to the Kenilworth Spar, The Southern Business Community Forum, The Justice and Peace Group from the St Patrick's Catholic church, THAG, The ward committee members and CRUM for supporting the project! This clean up campaign is going to take place every last Saturday of the month and I encourage even more residents to support us next month! #AReSebetseng #Ward56Cleans Regards, Cllr Michael Crichton

This morning the JMPD Region F2 Officers demolished 26 illegal structures in wards 23,55 and 56! (25-09-2017)

Dear Residents (21-09-2017)

Yesterday I attended the launch of the City's new anti drug program. I would like to assure the residents that I am fully committed to combating the scourge of drugs in our ward!

We spoke to MMC Phalatse about possibly opening an extended hours clinic with the drug assistance facilities in the next financial year.

I would also like to encourage all residents to join our anti drug March in the Rosettenville and Kenilworth areas on the 20 October! Let's fight this together! #DownwithDrugs

Join the Ward 56 Clean Up!
